Born and raised in Austin, and a proud graduate of the University of Texas, I love going home to the Hill County, but Dallas is cool too. I live on a small ranch with my husband, Don, outside the metroplex with our numerous critters--I'd have a zoo, if that was possible--enjoying an empty nest until the kids come for a visit and we realize how much we really miss them. Amy is our oldest, Casey is the middle sister, then our boys, Tim and Garrett.
My latest hobby is dirt track racing, and I finished my second full season 6th in points! During the off season, Don and I are completely rebuilding my car.
